Our recent Knit & Knatter was as enjoyable as ever, with plenty of laughter, great conversation, and of course a cup of tea and some cake to keep everyone going.

This week’s seated yoga session was a truly calming experience.
Many residents joined in and enjoyed the chance to stretch, relax and focus on gentle movement together. A perfect way to support wellbeing and mindfulness.

Residents had a wonderful outing back to the Himalayan Coffee Shop and Gallery, joined by our fantastic volunteer Wendy for a well-deserved treat.
The cakes were absolutely delicious, and the art and atmosphere made it extra special.

We had the pleasure of welcoming the talented Kelvin Leitch to Shipston Lodge recently.
He treated our residents to a fantastic performance with hits from across the eras and a touch of the musicals too!

Another brilliant craft session with Wendy this week, where residents made colourful 3D fruit.
To finish, we played a game of Tin Can Tumble—crafted by our very own residents! A perfect mix of creativity, fun and teamwork. Thank you, Wendy, for another joyful day!
