Join Us for an Afternoon of Fun & Games! We’re thrilled to welcome Stratford Time Bank to Shipston Lodge for a delightful afternoon of games, laughter, and community connection!
Come along for a fun-filled time, supported by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Let’s make new memories and enjoy some friendly competition!
Lavender Creations at Shipston Lodge!
Our residents have beautifully finished making their lavender bags using the lavender we harvested from our garden!
The delightful, relaxing scent of lavender will now fill their rooms, adding a touch of calm and serenity.
What a lovely way to bring nature indoors!
A Magical Day at Stratford Butterfly Farm!
Our residents had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon Butterfly Farm!
From admiring the stunning variety of butterflies to spotting crocodiles, iguanas, and even some massive koi carp, there was plenty to see and enjoy.
The lush plants and scenery added to the charm of the day, and it was a fun-filled afternoon for both our residents and carers!
Fun and Games at Shipston Lodge! We had an absolute blast at our first community Fun & Games session in collaboration with Shipston Time Bank!
From Scrabble to Dominoes and even Snakes and Ladders, it was wonderful to see our community come together for an afternoon of laughter and friendly competition.
An Afternoon of Beautiful Music!
Our residents were absolutely thrilled to welcome the incredibly talented Cellist Corinne Frost to perform at our home.
She treated us to a delightful mix of classical, folk, and old favourites. It was heartwarming to hear our residents singing along—such a magical experience!
Creative Tuesdays with Wendy!
Tuesday marked the beginning of our exciting weekly arts and crafts sessions with Wendy in our fabulous activity room!
Our residents had a blast painting clay pumpkins and crafting spooky skeletons, getting into the Halloween spirit.
We can’t wait to see the amazing creations in the weeks to come!
A Visit from Ronnie the Therapy Dog!
We were overjoyed to welcome back Ronnie, our wonderful PAT therapy dog!
She always brings so much joy to our residents, and we are incredibly grateful to Pete for taking the time each month to share Ronnie’s love and warmth with us.
We can’t wait for their next visit!
