Our residents got creative at Wendy’s arts and crafts session this week, making beautiful Mother’s Day treat baskets filled with love and care.
Each basket was thoughtfully made, and the room was full of smiles, laughter, and happy memories.
A Musical Treat with Kelvin Leitch!
We were absolutely thrilled to welcome the incredibly talented Kelvin Leitch to Shipston Lodge!
Not only is he a fantastic singer, but also a gifted musician who brought so much joy to our residents with his wide-ranging repertoire and engaging stories behind each song.
Cornhole Craze Hits Shipston Lodge!
Our residents have been getting competitive (and having a lot of laughs!) with our bright and exciting new game—cornhole!
From cheering each other on to perfecting their throws, it’s safe to say this fun activity was a big hit.

From sowing more seeds in the garden with Luke to soaking up the glorious spring sunshine, there’s been plenty of joy to go around.

Handy Crafts & Happy Hearts!
Wendy’s weekly arts and crafts session was full of laughter and creativity—our residents loved getting hands-on with this “very handy” activity!
It’s always so rewarding to see our residents expressing themselves and having fun together. From the garden to the craft table, we’ve had a week bursting with colour and connection!
Spiritual Connection & Community with Reverend Sarah
We were delighted to welcome Reverend Sarah back to Shipston Lodge for our monthly church service, centred around the meaning of Palm Sunday.
Her visits are always so special—bringing comfort, reflection, and a strong sense of togetherness for our residents.

Community Games Afternoon Fun!
Here are some fab snapshots from Thursday’s Community Games Afternoon at Shipston Lodge! Every 2nd Thursday of the month, 2:30–4:30pm, we open our doors to welcome both residents and members of the local community for an afternoon packed with laughter, connection and good old-fashioned fun.

We had a truly egg-cellent Easter celebration! Residents enjoyed fun, laughter, and lots of chocolate eggs.
