Our Story (Established 2003)
Shipston Lodge has been providing all-inclusive residential care in Warwickshire since 2003.
What started as a family vision, that a care home should feel like a home, not a facility,
has grown into one of the county’s most trusted care settings, rated Good by the
Care Quality Commission (CQC) and recognised as a finalist at the National Care Awards 2025.
We believe that moving into a care home should be the beginning of something, not an ending.
Our job is to make sure that every resident at Shipston Lodge experiences the highest possible
quality of life, with safety, warmth and dignity at the centre of everything we do.
Care always starts with safety and we have standards and quality monitoring in place to ensure that your loved one is provided with safe, effective care – however, this is just the beginning. Our onsite chefs work with our residents to make each mealtime a culinary delight, and our expert activities and care teams provide all sorts of events, clubs and opportunities to socialise, making each day different. We collect details of people’s past interests and hobbies and use these to create ‘magical moments’ for our residents.
